Key responsibilities
- Assistance of daily Admin business such as officen management and vehicle management
- Assistance of office events and teambuilding events
- Small office payment and canteen payment management
- Basic IT support and office IT equipment check and maintenance
- Support and service for management
- Skillfully operate the Microsoft Office software and knowledge of the office equipment;
- Good communication, organization and coordination skills;
- Work with motivation, responsibility, patience and good team spirit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree is required, IT related major or China Studies preferred
- Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop yourself continuously
- Team player with good communication skills
- Able to work full-time and can work under pressure
- Love to work in a diversified and cross culture organization
- Business fluent in English and German, Chinese is a big advantage
