Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an Unit which supports TenneT's operations by identifying the goods and services needed to accomplish projects and maintenance work. In addition, we structure and cover these needs. SCM serves TenneT's internal customers and ensures better cooperation with our external suppliers. SCM has developed a long-term market vision to fulfill the promises of our huge investment portfolio and keep our security of supply as high as possible. We will do this by focusing on developing a supply chain that ensures high performance and reliability.
In the team of Florian Dotzler (SCM AC) we’ve an opening for a Lead Contract Management Onshore Netherlands. In this position you are responsible for the overall leadership and functional steering of the Dutch Contract Managers who support Large Project Netherlands with executing the projects on land. Your responsibility:
The team consists of highly educated professionals of 14 direct reports;
- You are responsible for the overall team development, team culture, process alignment and knowledge exchanges within the team;
- You ensure continuous competency development of your employees;
- You ensure your team manage the project contracts, contract development, contract maintenance and contracting strategies for all projects within the company in relation to the contractors;
- You ensure that contract management is in pace and has a high internal and industry standard;
- You work closely with and in alignment with internal stakeholders, like SCM, LPN and BRP and external partners and ensure compliancy and transparency of all SCM activities/processes;
- You ensure contract and tender improvements based on lessons learned are implemented into the documents and processes of the projects.
Your profile and background
- Master’s degree in Business Studies or comparable;
- Preferable is any knowledge and demonstrable experience in/with:
- UAV and UAV-GC contracts (and SCB)
- Contract-, claim- and conflict management;
- The contracting industry and complex projects, preferably in infrastructure, from the preparation phase to the execution phase;
- Experienced in managing highly educated professionals, and you are a true leader who is coaching, developing and inspiring people;
- Able and keen on leading a department according to the TenneT Leadership profile;
- Proven strategic and analytical skills and result-oriented, decisive, stress-resistant and organizational sensitive;
- Experience in acting on a strategic and tactical level and are respected partner for peer managers and external stakeholders;
- Well-developed communications skills in an internal environment with excellent skills in both Dutch and English.
