What you bring to the team
Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Berlin ab sofort eine/n CTO–Chief Technology Officer (m/w/d) als Co-Founder in Vollzeit, ggf. Teilzeit bis zum Seed-Investment.
Das sind Deine Aufgaben.
● Du treibst als Co-Founder die Unternehmensvision maßgeblich voran und baust das Unternehmen im Seed Stage mit auf.
● Du verantwortest die strategische Ausrichtung und (informations-)technische Umsetzung für die Plattform mit, setzt neue Markttrends, entwickelst die Technologie/ IT
ständig weiter und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
● Du stellst in Zusammenarbeit mit einem
Recruiter Dein internes Entwicklerteam zusammen und koordinierst weitere
externe Teams in Europa.
● Du überzeugst Investoren von der Technologie der Geschäftsidee und vertrittst die Interessen des Unternehmens gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung.
Das bringst Du mit.
● Du bist ein passionierter Gründergeist und brennst für den Aufbau eines Tech-Startups.
● Du verfügst idealerweise über ein Studium in Math, Science and Technology, Engineering in Embedded Systems,
Engineering in Technical Informatics oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse.
● Mit den Themen AI, AR/VR, Cloud, Distributed-Ledger bist du vertraut.
● Du hast bereits mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT und Software Entwicklung.
● Deine vorherige Gründungserfahrung mit Startups ist Dein Plus.
● Du verfügst über ein Tech-Netzwerk in der Entwicklung, das du ggf. übernehmen möchtest.
● Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung im agilen Management von int. Teams mit.
● Du hast Erfahrung in Software- und Projektmanagement (GitHub/Atlassian, Office 365)
● Du beherrschst Deutsch, Englisch fließend, ggf. sogar weitere Sprachen.
