Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team of Quality Assistant Representatives and Analytical Testers on site.
- Develop and maintain quality and reliability objectives for the success of the project.
- Represent the client’s interest in all quality related functions.
- Oversee sub contractors’ work performance and support the subcontractors on any training issues.
- Analyse and escalate quality issues from/with/to all stakeholders
- Support client’s RFI process.
- Make recommendations on field issues.
- Provide daily project progress assessments.
- Development and analysis of statistical data.
- Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
- Identify barriers and root causes of quality issues and performance gaps.
- Maintain and update customer and company reporting documents.
- Comply with the company and client standard operating procedures and policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 10 years’ experience in a relevant field.
