About Us

We are a family business that has existed since 1976 in the field of process engineering plant planning and plant safety with over 190 permanent employees in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. Every year, the weyer group implements over 1,000 customer projects from the chemical, pharmaceutical, mineral oil, supply and disposal sectors as well as associations and authorities.

The weyer group has been advising industrial customers in the area of ​​functional safety for many years. The practical and normative developments in the field of security technology have led us to focus intensively on cyber security issues in the recent past and to offer our industrial customers conceptual solutions. Together with you, we would like to leverage the considerable potential in this area.

Your tasks include

• You are independently developing a new business area: Cyber ​​Security OT
• You take over the acquisition, execution and management of the projects
• With your expertise, you will support our customers in identifying vulnerabilities and threats to their machines and systems
• You develop security concepts based on them and support their technical implementation
• You report to the head of the consulting department

Your skills

• Education:You have completed a technical or IT degree or comparable training
• Experience and know-how:You have in-depth knowledge of cyber security solutions and are familiar with the relevant standards. Ideally, you have experience in carrying out IT/OT security analyses, e.g. as part of KRITIS audits or audits based on KAS-51. Experience in the area of ​​safety-related electronic systems or automation technology is also desirable
• Personality:You are characterized by the ability to work in a team, enjoy varied tasks, a high level of commitment and flexibility
• Language:You have business fluent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills
• Mobility:You have a valid class B driving license
