Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• Du führst dein Team und gehst stets als positives Vorbild voran, indem du deine Mitarbeiter bei der Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen motivierst
• Neben der Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung verantwortest du die Inventuren und sorgst hinter den Kulissen dafür, dass alle administrativen Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen
• Du gehst als Vorbild und Leader voran – ob im Customer Service oder in der Umsetzung unserer Unternehmensphilosophie. Du repräsentierst unseren Kolleg*innen nach innen und unseren Kund*innen nach außen
• Du berätst Kund:innen kompetent und modebewusst und begeisterst sie für unsere Mode
• Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Kolleg:innen erfolgreich in unser Team integriert werden und sich schnell zurechtfinden
• Du arbeitest im Team zusammen, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen

• Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Personalführung mit (idealerweise als Store Leitung in der Fashion Branche)
