Manage the OpenText content management platform.
Administer and maintain local and remote data centers, emphasizing database management and data archiving.
Support virtualized server operating systems using VMWare.
Plan and execute upgrade and service projects.
Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support for the existing network, client, and server infrastructure.
Provide consulting, coordination, and support to external service providers for IT infrastructure across global locations.
The Ideal candidate will have:
Several years experience
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
High customer Service Orientation
VMWare
Virtualized Server Operating systems
