For our department Lead to Cash we are looking for a IT Business Analyst O2C (d/f/m). The role can be based in Munich, Hamburg or Lisbon.
What You Will Do
Collaborate on the analysis and configuration of O2C requirements within S4/Hana
Write functional specifications for the development team and test the solution
Conduct testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing training initiatives
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals
Document the solution in Solman
Full Project-Lifecycle from Kick-off to Go-Live and Hypercare.
Who You Are
Educational background in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA configuration and Order-to-Cash processes, 2-4 years of experience with SAP SD as business analyst
Expertise in S/4 Hana and Condition Contract Management (CCM) and/or Subscription Billing is a bonus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
Ability to travel (10-30%) within Europe
