Head (m/f/d) of Corporate Controlling & Finance
These are your tasks:
- You will manage, develop and coach the Corporate Controlling Team.
- You are responsible for the monthly reporting and forecasting process of the division in accordance to the requirements, as well as for the Mid Term Planning and it's improvement to a leaner process.
- You will be the first point of contact for Finance departments of Diehl, related to division topics.
- You will be the driver of continuous improvement, in charge of accounting and controlling harmonization within Diehl Metering, working hand in hand with Digitalization Finance team.
- You are responsible for post-merger integration of new Business Units with regard to controlling and finance issues.
Who we are looking for:
- You have successfully completed studies in Economics or equivalent education and have several years of controlling and financial working experience.
- You are target- as well as team-orientated and have a high social competence in leading employees. Your personality is characterized by resilience, self-motivation, organizational skills and an openness for new challenges.
- You feel comfortable with financial processes within an organisation like Diehl and you have the capacity to go in the detail of any Finance process, but at the same time keep the global and high level view.
- You're experienced in project management.
- Fluent English language skills, strong communication and cooperation skills and enthusiasm for working in an international environment will complete your profile.
