We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper, preferably with expertise in Navision, to join our team at the earliest opportunity. This role involves managing accounts payable and maintaining the general ledger. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will also have a direct link to our company's group finance department headquartered in Germany.

Your Tasks

• Record and classify financial transactions accurately.
• Reconcile accounts across various platforms and financial records.
• Generate and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently.
• Monitor and plan cash flow, including bank account management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Support audits and collaborate with auditors during transitions.
• Act as the primary liaison with tax advisors and auditors.
• Assist in building and optimizing the accounting department, maintaining effective communication within the finance teams.

Your Profile

• Proven experience (5-10 years) as a Bookkeeper, with proficiency in Navision highly preferred.
• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks and a willingness to transition to Navision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English. German language skills are a plus.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, enjoying the challenge of establishing and growing an accounting department.
