Tasks
- You are the subject matter expert on the global Genesys call centre rollout
- The configuration and management of call-flows in Genesys Architect including voice- and chat-bots is part of your responsibilities
- You work with global stakeholders in various countries
- In addition, you will provide global guidelines and training approaches and conduct training for your colleagues
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification
- Advanced experience with a SaaS call centre solution, preferably Genesys
- Ability do design, create, and manage call flows and scripts
- Basic understanding of IP Phone systems, to manage that aspect in Genesys
- Experience with creating voice-bots, chat-bots including training of intentions and utterances
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills and customer centricity
- Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
