About us

Company Overview:

Energize Group is hiring on behalf of growing Manufacturing industry leader and is seeking for a talented and experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join their dynamic team in the south of Stuttgart.

Position Overview:

As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our clients SAP maintenance and configuration projects and ensuring the successful integration of the modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Basis processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role offers a salary of up to €90.000 plus yearly bonus and excellent benefits.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements and design SAP Basis solutions that align with organizational goals
Lead and participate in SAP Basis maintenance and configuration projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Provide expertise in configuring and customizing SAP Basis modules to meet specific business needs
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business processes, requirements, and objectives
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users
Stay updated of SAP Basis best practices, industry trends, and updates to optimize system performance

Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as an SAP Basis Consultant with a focus on successful implementations
In-depth knowledge of how SAP Basis works
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in German language (minimum level B2)
