Der Bereich Service bei der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG sichert in den unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen unserer Produkte den Geschäftserfolg unserer Kunden mit Service Dienstleistungen, Service Parts und Consumables. Ihre Aufgaben:
Internationaler Service für Faltschachtelklebemaschinen und Peripheriegeräte
Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Unterweisung von Neumaschinen
Mechatronische Fehlersuche und Behebung
Erstellung von Serviceberichten und Trainingsunterlagen
Mitarbeit in der Technischen Klärung sowie in Produktverbesserungsprojekten
Unsere Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker/-in oder Mechatroniker/-in, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
Technische Affinität und Begeisterung für neue Technologien
Internationale Reisebereitschaft sowie Führerschein der Klasse 3 bzw. B
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und gute Englischkenntnisse
Standort: home-based
