As a (Senior) B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you will spearhead our ABM initiatives, collaborating closely with brand, product marketing, and sales teams to design and implement highly targeted marketing campaigns for key accounts across various markets.
Responsibilities
ABM Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing campaigns, targeting high-value accounts with personalized strategies. Oversee cross-channel initiatives, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs and maturity levels of each account within the tech sector
- Strategic collaboration: Forge strong collaborations across content, sales, and product marketing teams to ensure the seamless integration of our ABM strategies. Drive the alignment of campaign execution with account-specific objectives, enhancing the impact and success of marketing effort
- Content Strategy for Targeted Accounts: Work in close partnership with the content team to develop compelling messaging and content specifically designed for key accounts. Ensure these efforts are in sync with SCAYLE’s brand narrative while resonating deeply with the targeted personas within the prospects domain
- ABM Analytics and Insights: Apply a data-driven approach to monitor and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns, focusing on metrics that matter most to high-value accounts. Utilize insights to continuously refine and optimize strategies for peak effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborative Market Penetration: ABM initiatives require close alignment between sales, content and demand teams to ensure a consistent GTM approach that addresses target customer challenges and drives demand generation/capture
Requirements
University degree in economics, business, marketing or a comparable course of study
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role, preferably with a focus on ABM campaigns
- Hands-on mentality, high level of personal responsibility and initiative
- Quick perception and structured way of working
