Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:Your main tasks:
- You will design customer-specific systems taking into account the locally applicable standards and laws while complying with the company's internal standards.
- You will retrofit existing plants with new hardware and support the Controls Engineer for the creation of the software.
- To do this, you analyze customer requirements and implement them.
- You configure and design fieldbus systems such as Profibus and Profinet.
- You analyze and eliminate errors in delivered systems during the commissioning phase.
- You work on customer-specific systems in an international environment.
- You create circuit diagrams and parts lists using Eplan P8.
- You analyze the feasibility and costs of change requests.
- You support Solution Development in the preparation of quotations.
- You do the power consumption calculations and drive designs.
- You perform risk assessments with Sistema and SafExpert.
- You participate in handover meetings from manufacturing and can perform your task independently with this information.
Your profile :
- Completed studies in electrical or automation engineering or experience as a state-certified technician in the field of automation engineering
- Knowledge of drive technology and field bus systems (Profilbus, Profinet).
- Knowledge of Eplan P8.
- Confident handling of MS365 and SAP.
- You are characterized by a strong mechatronic understanding and bring the ability to understand complex systems.
- You like to work in a team. (Interfaces with manufacturing, controls SW, mechanics...).
- Customer oriented mindset, good communication skills in English.
