This is the job:
- You are part of our Collaboration Team, which is responsible for the operation and administration of M365. You will support our customers in creating solutions based on M365 with a focus on email and SharePoint.
- As 2nd level support, you will handle a wide variety of tickets and help your internal stakeholders to find suitable business solutions!
- You will accompany our migration to the M365 and AWS Cloud and support us in the gradual replacement of our data centre.
- You will also work together in a team on new projects within our OKRs Cycles.
This is what you bring to the table:
- You have several years of professional experience as a system administrator for M365/Office 365 and Exchange Online.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- Ideally, you have already worked with Jira.
- Your customer orientation and intercultural competence characterizes your work.
- You speak professional English – German skills are a plus for us!
