NXP’s Product Line Radar Systems is a leader in the fast-growing market for ADAS (Automotive Driver Assistance Systems) and AD (Autonomous Driving) and our mission is to make driving safer & more secure while adding convenience and fun.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to engage our Tier1 and OEM customers on next-generation Automotive Radar solutions. This position will be responsible for driving ADAS roadmap and new business acquisition in close cooperation with our architecture team and global sales, thereby solving current and future ADAS challenges by leveraging our rich portfolio of radar products and roadmap products which you will be defining.
Responsibilities
Build strong Tier1 & OEM relationships, being the face for NXP Radar Systems solutions
Defining next-generation Automotive Radar product and solution roadmap
Own business cases, customer enablement plans, product launches and life cycle management
Directing investments and design-win activities to maximize business growth
Deliver complete system solutions collaborating with NXP engineering and eco-system partners
Drive competition analysis and benchmarking for best positioning of our solutions
Define messaging, Marcom plans and PR activities for ADAS products
Train internal and external customers with critical knowledge of NXP ADAS solutions
Travel domestically and internationally as required, up to 25% of time
Skills Required
Proven ability to achieve buy-in with senior technical and business stakeholders, including internal engineering teams, customers and eco-system partners
Comfortable managing ambiguity inherent in new product definition & business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills spanning technical contributors, business stakeholders, customers, and senior NXP management.
Experience working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment
Team player with a passion for business success and drive for results
Educatuon and Experience
10+ years experience in business development in semiconductor, Tier1 or car OEM industry
Well-connected in the Automotive eco-system, including OEMs, Tier1 & partners
Experience presenting to and influencing senior technical and business leaders
Extensive experience in defining and enabling complex processor, transceiver and SoC solutions
Navigating global, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams towards a common goal
Proven track record in delivering business growth and strong technical acumen
First-hand experience with ADAS sensors (Radar, camera, LIDAR) silicon, SW & systems
Understanding of ADAS SW requirements including AI, security & sensor fusion
In-depth understanding of future car architectures, impacting systems & sensor requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with more than 10 years of industry experience.
