For our IT Source to Pay department at the Munich / Aschheim location, we are looking for a
*n working student with up to 20 h per week for a period of 1 year to support our team as soon as possible.
Your Role
Demand management and evaluate requests from the procurement team
Service management and coordination
Diverse support and project tasks within Source to Pay area including updating and managing the SharePoint sites for the solutions
Provide support with project management tasks for various projects in this area
Involved in update of applications within S2P area e.g. Ariba, SAP ERP, Invoice Track
You Identify Yourself With
Enrolled student of computer science, business administration or an equivalent degree programme at a German university or university of applied sciences
Basic project management knowledge
Basic SAP skills as well as knowledge in Source to Pay processes would be advantageous
Very confident in using MS Office applications (PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint, Teams)
Fast learner, has a logical understanding, and motivation to work in a challenging surrounding
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
