What you`ll do:

This is the age of AI – We are seeking an exceptional development manager to join our dynamic team at SAP Signavio, where we are dedicated to creating cutting-edge products in the field of Artificial Intelligence for process management and process mining. As an engineering manager, you will lead your team to great results, forster the team spirit and being accountable for conceptualizing ideas, conducting research on emerging topics, and implementing efficient code based on SAP product standards.

What you bring:

Having an entrepreneurial mindset, thinking creatively, and considering the entire process from start to finish will enable you to accomplish ambitious objectives in a highly innovative and fast-paced product setting.

• Master's degree or Phd in computer science, artificial intelligence (AI), or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in software development as a developer, architect and people manager
• Experience in managing the software development team of internals and externals by setting goals, guidelines and KPIs to get objective view of the current state of the software
• Proofen knowledge and experience in AI, Machine Learning, Artificial Neural Networks, Large Language Models, Robotic Process Automation, Workflow, LowCode-NoCode Applications, Micro Services and Big Data analytics techniques
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript
• Expertise in developing cloud applications and services on SAP product standards
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and German
• A collaborative team player, enthusiastic, proactive, and fully passionate about coding
