Senior Market Access Manager - Wiesbaden - Permanent

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior Market Access Manager for our Oncology team. This is a permanent position located in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the market launch of our innovative oncology products and their indication expansions. This role involves planning and implementing market access and reimbursement strategies throughout the product lifecycle. The individual will also contribute significantly to brand and financial planning processes, ensuring the overall success of our oncology products.

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in science, pharmacology, or economics (Master or equivalent).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the German healthcare system and market access.
• Strong collaborative team player with the ability to lead strategic projects & interdisciplinary teams.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a high degree of initiative.
• Strong communication skills.

The Senior Market Access Manager will:

• Plan and implement market access and reimbursement strategies for our innovative oncology products.
• Play an active role in the brand and financial planning processes.
• Work as part of a cross-functional Market Access team and a cross-departmental Brand team.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in our HTA team, pricing team, regional market access team, and brand team.
• Analyse the market environment for our innovative products continuously.
• Prepare materials to explain reimbursement issues to other colleagues and physicians.
• Establish, develop, and maintain a network of relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
