You will
Perform, evaluate and present experiments related to photonic integrated circuits
Evaluate the achievable specifications using analytical methods
Derive critical system parameters based on system understanding and results
Screen and evaluate related literature and commercially available solutions
You have
You are enrolled in a Master’s program in Physics, Photonics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable with excellent results
Knowledge in the field of integrated photonics or electro-optic modulators is a plus
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills (English and/or German) as well as innovation skills
Passion for innovation, enthusiasm for new technologies and motivation to work in agile, interdisciplinary teams
